We loved our stay here, especially the cozy King Room, which was perfect for our family time together. Our granddaughter enjoyed the 32-inch LCD TV, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere of the hotel.
My kids wished for a bit more fun in the lobby area.

Not Recommended for Family with Kids
The beds were super comfortable, making us forget about the terrible service, and the staff at the front desk did try to help when we called down for more towels. They brought a huge stack quickly, but it was still frustrating that our room wasn’t cleaned for our entire stay.
It wasn’t exactly affordable,, but I guess for what we got, it was still okay.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. However, staff inefficiency was frustrating, as our rooms weren't ready upon check-in, and housekeeping left the trash in my room. Additionally, some staff members used inappropriate language around guests, which felt unprofessional. On a brighter note, the light salads provided were enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 01decent breakfastaccessible indoor poolgym equipmentthin wallsrepetitive options
The hotel had fresh cookies available every night, which made for a sweet treat after a long day. Breakfast was standard with decent options, but the fruit choices got a bit repetitive—same canned mangoes and pineapples all week. I noticed one treadmill was out of order, and the gym TV wasn't working, which was a bummer. Thin walls allowed sounds from neighboring rooms to come through, so privacy was sometimes lacking. On the plus side, the hotel had a nice indoor pool that was a highlight for the kids. Staff generally seemed helpful, but the overall appearance of wear and tear suggested a need for renovations, especially in the common areas. Despite some flaws, our stay wasn’t terrible.
